Heart of Ohio Classical Academy’s BeforeCare and AfterCare program is designed to provide a nurturing and engaging environment for students outside of regular school hours.
PROGRAM DETAILS
How It Works
Before school, from 7:20 AM onwards, students can participate in quiet study sessions, where they have access to academic resources and receive assistance with homework from dedicated staff members.
After school, the program extends until 4:30 PM, offering a variety of enriching activities such as arts and crafts, outdoor games, and structured playtime. The focus is on fostering social skills, creativity, and physical activity in a safe and supervised setting. Additionally, healthy snacks are provided to ensure students remain energized throughout the afternoon.
The BeforeCare and AfterCare program at Heart of Ohio Classical Academy aims to complement the school’s classical curriculum by providing continuity of care and enrichment opportunities beyond the classroom. BeforeCare and AfterCare are considered separate programs from offered extracurricular activities.

- One child attending BeforeCare would cost $50 per month.
- Two siblings attending BeforeCare would cost $100 per month
- Two siblings attending Before & AfterCare would cost $200 per month.
