Magnus' Virtue in Action

At Heart of Ohio Classical Academy, we embrace a classical approach to character development that shapes both learning and community life. Our educational philosophy centers on cultivating essential virtues. In January of 2025, by student referendum, our mascot was named Magnus.

These virtues are more than rules–they represent our commitment to nurturing well-rounded individuals who strive for excellence in all aspects of life. Through daily practice and reflection, students develop self-governance skills and discover the intrinsic value of leading a virtuous life.
