Welcome to Heart of Ohio Classical Academy
Dear Parents, Guardians, and Students,
It is with great pleasure and deep gratitude that I introduce myself to you as the Headmaster of Heart of Ohio Classical Academy. To say that I am exceptionally appreciative of the opportunity is a gross understatement, in that I can testify that the school’s existence is the result of years of hard work and dedication borne by many individuals; leaders who had the foresight to imagine a better public educational landscape than currently exists today. I will ensure that our school is successful in delivering this vision of a classical education of excellence for all.
At Heart of Ohio Classical Academy, we are committed to providing a classical education of the highest standard, tailored to nurture the intellectual, moral, and personal development of every student from Kindergarten through Grade 6, adding one grade per year until our full K-12 program is realized. Rooted in the time-honored best practices of classical education, our curriculum, developed and shared by Hillsdale College’s K-12 Program, focuses on imparting a deep understanding of the liberal arts and cultivating a lifelong love for learning.

Mr. Sam Weisbrod is honored to serve Heart of Ohio Classical Academy as the Headmaster, and is gratified in strengthening a classical institution that espouses an educational philosophy so synonymously aligned with his own. With over a decade of expertise in both classroom and administrative capacities, Mr. Weisbrod ardently champions leadership and positive growth for students, staff and the greater school community.
